How we use your personal information

Wissol application uses several permissions to ensure proper working and functionality of the loyalty system. Our main purpose is to introduce you to how your personal information is processed and used by JSC Wissol Petroleum Georgia. The notice explains the principles we follow while processing your personal data. It covers the data, which the company obtains when having you as a customer, which is also used for enjoying the benefits of the loyalty system and direct marketing purposes according to the Georgian legislation. We know how important privacy is to our customers, and we strive to be clear about how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store your information.

In order to register you or your device for Mobile Application services, we need personal ID number, name and surname, date of birth, phone number, email (as we use email for authorization with social network) and we also collect Device information—such as operating system version, hardware model, IMEI number and other unique device identifiers. To use Mobile Application properly and improve our service, we may need other additional personal data to access on following information like current location. This permission is used to check which store/station is closer to the user.

We use the information we collect to provide the Services you request; and/or understand the way you use the Services so that we can improve your experience. We may share your information with Service providers—companies that provide services for or on behalf of Wissol Petroleum Georgia. Deletion of your Personal Information is possible through addressing the company through email or calling at the hotline.

Here is the full list of permissions used by the app:

• Internet: This permission is used to load documents from remote server, register, login, and update user profile data.
• Access Network State: This permission is used to check which type of network is available, Wi-Fi or mobile. It loads data more often on the Wi-Fi network.
• Read/Write External Storage: This permission is used to store/read favorite documents locally for offline reading purposes. Also, for managing application database, for storing home data or metadata, which are the last fetched information from the server.
• Camera: This permission is used to update user profile picture.
